Albany NY based rock and metal artist steve noir has performed in the north east region of the u.s. for the span of 16 years. Beginning as a percussionist at age 10 noir captivated audiences with a prodigy-like skill before moving to stringed instruments in his late teens. In that period noir received critical acclaim for a speedy delivery on the​ guitar and would proceed to support several national acts in NY state.
